This ACTION (Dynamic Action) vibrating conveyor is a natural frequency, non-balanced (single-mass) unit designed for efficient handling of bulk materials in continuous-duty applications. Built with a tuned spring system, the conveyor operates at or near its natural frequency, allowing the springs to supply the majority of the conveying energy—resulting in smooth material flow with reduced horsepower requirements.

The 24" wide by 18' long trough provides ample capacity for wood waste, chips, bark, and other bulk materials, making it well suited for sawmill and wood processing environments. The vibrating motion gently advances material along the pan, minimizing degradation while maintaining consistent feed to downstream equipment.

This non-balanced (unbalanced) design offers a simple, rugged construction with fewer moving components, though it requires a solid support structure to manage transmitted vibration forces.
