2022 Göckel Model G50 EL Automatic Straight-Knife Grinder

Heavy-duty, precision straight-knife grinding machine manufactured in Germany by Göckel. The Model G50 EL is designed for accurately sharpening long industrial knives used in sawmills, veneer and plywood plants, paper mills, recycling operations, and other production applications.

Features an electromagnetic worktable with 360-degree rotation for setting the required knife-grinding angle, programmable automatic carriage travel, and controlled grinding-head downfeed. Its rigid cast construction and hardened guideways provide excellent stability, accuracy, and surface finish.
