The Pacific Trail Accu-Cut Model 132-20C is a heavy-duty, high-precision crosscut unit saw designed for cutting full packages of lumber and engineered wood products with exceptional accuracy and production efficiency.

This system utilizes a 20' carriage feed design, moving material through a stationary vertical cutting saw head, allowing for controlled, repeatable cuts with minimal handling. The machine is built around a rigid, heavy steel frame and carriage system to eliminate deflection and maintain cutting accuracy under load.

With a cutting tolerance of approximately ±1/32", the Accu-Cut is engineered for applications where precision and consistency are critical. The included digital length measuring system (standard feature) provides accurate positioning to within 1/100", eliminating the need for manual measurement and compensating for saw kerf during operation.

The saw head features a direct-drive .404 pitch saw chain system powered by a 20 HP TEFC motor, running on a fully stellite-inlaid guide bar for long service life and consistent cutting performance. A precision lead screw mechanism with linear guides ensures smooth and accurate vertical travel of the saw bar throughout the cut.

Material handling efficiency is enhanced by the integrated kerf relief and outfeed staging system, which allows finished packages to be held in place while the next cut cycle begins. This overlapping operation significantly improves throughput while preventing saw bar pinch during cutting.
