• Sharp Chain Feed System (Omega Solutions Inc):
• Includes tail shaft assembly, head shaft assembly, electric drive, chainway with supports, thumper, and infeed holdown rolls for reliable material transport.
• Reducer Heads (Andritz/Iggesund):
• Equipped with six (6) knives, arbor motor, and servo setworks for fine-tuned performance and accuracy.
• 5ft Kockums OHW Twin Bandmill:
• Comes with arbor motor, servo setworks, and a deep spanning subbase for enhanced cutting precision.
• Features a roundway conversion for improved material handling.
• Side Board Tilted Belt Conveyors:
• Hydraulically driven for efficient and smooth movement of materials.
• Operator’s Cab/Computer Room:
• Spacious 8 ft x 20 ft area designed for operation and monitoring, with integrated computer systems for seamless control.
• Setworks and Feedworks Hydraulic Power Units:
• Provides reliable power for system operations, ensuring smooth and consistent processing.
• No Scanning and Optimization:
• Please note that this system does not include scanning and optimization capabilities.
• Machine Control System:
• Includes an Allen Bradley PLC machine control system; however, it is incomplete and missing certain modules.
