The Vollmer CHC 250 is a proven automatic sharpening machine designed for precision grinding of carbide-tipped circular saw blades. Built on Vollmer’s well-known CHC platform, this unit performs both face and top grinding in a single setup, delivering consistent tooth geometry and dependable cutting performance.

Designed for flexibility, the CHC 250 handles a wide range of tooth forms—including flat, alternate top bevel (ATB), and trapezoidal (triple-chip)—making it well suited for sawmill and industrial sharpening applications. Programmable controls and automated grinding cycles allow for repeatable results with minimal operator input.

This machine is designed for carbide circular saw blades from approximately 3" to 32" diameter, covering the majority of edger, trim saw, and smaller processing applications.
