MORBARK Stac Trac 2000

The Morbark StacTrac Model 2000 is a rugged industrial material handling machine designed for efficient sorting, lifting, and stacking of lumber, ties, cants, timbers, and similar wood products in sawmill and mill-yard operations.

Key Features:

  • Heavy-Duty Track System: Equipped with a standard 40 ft. (12.1 m) track with Nylotube electric cable carrier for smooth, reliable travel along the green chain or yard area.
  • Powerful Operation: Powered by a dependable 15 hp (11.2 kW) electric drive motor with starter and guards for continuous industrial use.
  • High Lifting Capacity: Handles up to approximately 2,065 lb (936 kg) of material, making it ideal for demanding stacking applications.
  • 360° Boom Rotation: Hydraulic lift arm assembly with full 360-degree rotation and two-point grapple provides precise control of loads in tight spaces.
  • Grapple Versatility: Grapple opening from about 1.375″ to 18″ accommodates a wide range of lumber sizes.
  • Operator-Focused Design: Single operator controls all movements — travel along track, grapple action, boom extension and lift, and swing — from a comfortable adjustable seat with ergonomically arranged controls.
  • Reduced Labor & Increased Safety: Replaces multiple manual handlers on a green chain, decreasing labor costs and injuries associated with manual handling.
