Schneider Electric Altivar 71 variable frequency drive package rated for 100 HP, complete with a factory-matched external dynamic braking resistor. This package was installed as part of a heavy-duty industrial system but is believed to have seen little to no runtime.

Designed for high-inertia applications such as sawmill infeed systems, conveyors, debarkers, compressors, fans, and similar equipment requiring controlled acceleration and deceleration.

The braking resistor significantly enhances drive performance in demanding applications by safely dissipating excess energy as heat, reducing stress on the VFD and driven equipment.

Condition:

Installed approximately 2–4 years ago but believed to be unused or minimally used. Removed from service during a project change. Buyer to verify electrical ratings, enclosure type, and configuration prior to installation.
