BM&M 10 x 14 Counterflow Chip Screen

BM&M 10 x 14 Counterflow Chip Screen
Description
BM&M 10 x 14 CounterFlow Chip Screen
Three-Way Chip Classification • Double Screening Area for Fines Removal • Compact Footprint
The BM&M CounterFlow Chip Screen is designed to separate incoming wood chips into three fractions: overs, accepts, and fines. Its distinctive CounterFlow configuration provides a standard screening area for removing oversized material while giving the remaining chips twice the screening area for fines removal.
This extended fines-screening path improves the opportunity to remove sawdust, pin chips, and other undersized material before the acceptable chips are discharged. By arranging the additional screening area in a two-level configuration, BM&M achieves this increased efficiency without requiring the footprint of a conventional screen of comparable effective length.
Both screening sections operate simultaneously from a single gyratory drive. BM&M’s consistent gyratory motion spreads and stratifies the material across the screen surfaces, promoting accurate separation and dependable high-volume performance.
