2015 Viking Champion QC306

2015 Viking Champion QC306 automatic pallet nailing machine with stacker.

Designed for single-operator production of stringer pallets. Machine is presently set up for 3-stringer pallets and includes the components required for 4-stringer operation.

Maximum pallet size is 72" long x 60" wide.

The QC306 utilizes bulk nails with automatic nail feeding, vibratory nail bowls, nail tracks, delivery tubes and compensating nail chucks. Programmable controls allow multiple pallet configurations to be stored for quicker changeover between pallet sizes and designs.
