Morbark Model HD-30 Mulch Hog

Stationary horizontal-feed wood-waste grinder designed to process slabs, edgings, bark, trim blocks and other sawmill residue into mulch or boiler fuel. Equipped with a 200 HP electric main-drive motor, hydraulic top feed roll, chain-type infeed, self-contained hydraulic system and integral inclined drag-chain discharge conveyor. Includes original Morbark electrical starter/control cabinet.

The HD-30 features an approximately 10-inch × 31-inch infeed opening and utilizes interchangeable sizing screens to control the finished product. Skid-mounted design is suitable for installation in a permanent sawmill, pallet or wood-waste processing system. Includes vibrating infeed conveyor, not shown.
